HOW TO BUY + ORDER

1. Go to our Instagram account or shop here
2. Choose a product you want in our Instagram or searching by #hashtag we provides
3. Once you decide which one you want, contact us to place order. We don't set a format to order, but please order correctly to avoid fake orders and avoid hit & run
4. We will response your order immediately and reply your message containing bank account + other details such as shipping expense to your place. Shipping is using JNE, TIKI, Wahana and Pandu Logistics, you can choose which services you prefer. We deliver every day, there is no delivery on public holidays. If we cannot ship to you by current time we will confirm you
5. Choose your payment method :
- Bank transfer : Payment should be done in 2 x 24 hours. If you did not confirm us or did not do your payment, your order will be cancelled
- COD (Cash On Delivery) : we can only do COD for you who those lives in Semarang area + Ungaran
6. Confirm your payment. We will be shipped your order and giving you shipping receipt
7. Track your order in JNETIKIWahana and Pandu Logistics in services you have chosen
8. Tell us when your order arrives home
9. We would love to see how you wear it, please tag us your photos in Twitter / Instagram with #kriostudio to let us know

SHIPPING INFORMATION & TRACK YOUR ORDER
Shipping is using JNETIKIWahana and Pandu Logistics. Please choose a service you prefer and we will shipped using your selected service. You may choose Standard and Express delivery services. Every each of courier services have different expenses and expedition. We offer you the cheapest price, but it is all up to you if you want an Express delivery. Which means, all extra services expense is cover by you, as the buyers.
Standard delivery service usually take 3 to 5 days delivery time in working days. Express delivery service usually take 2 - 4 days delivery time in working days. Please note working days are not including Saturday and Monday.
Track your order by visit your selected courier service website. If you have a difficulty, please let us know so we can help.

PRIVACY POLICY
1. Why do we need your information details?
When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as name, address, bank account and email address for shipping expense and necessary. 
2. What do we do with your information details?
We keep your information details as a buyers data, so we can keep in touch with you in future.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. But please to avoid fake order and miss communication, confirm us first if you want to cancel it. 
4. I don't like my order, I want to exchange it with other product / return it with my money. Can I do it?
Yes, you can. We want you to be happy with your order. You can return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order. Contact us on email, by phone and by LINE id. The item remains your responsibility until we receive it back. Always remember to ask your receipt and confirm us. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in original condition and either order your replacements. Rechoose an item you want to order or either ask your money back. Any refund will be send to the account you used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also package by you, your original packaging from us is not included.
